ARTY PLASTER (POWDER MORTAR)
Arty Plaster(Powder mortar) is an internal and external adhesive that is used by mixing powder with water as an eco-friendly inorganic adhesive.
Designed for exclusive adhesives on special insulation boards, it has excellent adhesion, durability, fire resistance and work ability.

Usage
Use to adhere insulation boards to basic structures such as concrete surfaces, mortar surfaces, and masonry surfaces or to impregnate mash.

Application Method
- The construction surface should be robust and free of contamination. There should be no dirt, foreign substances, etc. and dirt should be removed cleanly. Remove all defective construction surfaces and flatten the bumps by grinding.
- The hardness of the construction surface shall be checked. If washed with water to remove dirt, proceed after the construction surface is completely dried.
- If the construction surface is PF-BOARD, paint once or twice with a primer for the Arty PF-board.
- Add 5 to 7 liters of water to 25kg of ArtyPlaster and mix with an electric-mixer for more than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remix for the second time.
- Adjust the amount of water according to site conditions and be careful as high water content may cause problems with adhesion and workability.
- Using a stainless steel trowel, apply the mixed adhesive to the construction surface at a certain thickness and place a mesh on it to impregnate it. If necessary, apply an additional mixed adhesive over the mesh and flatten it.
- After curing for 2 to 3 days, use the designated upper paint product.

Precautions
- During construction, work at temperatures ranging from 5°C to 35°C and humidity at 85% or lower. Avoid painting on rainy days, humid days (over 85%), and days with low temperatures (below 5°C).
- The product should not be exposed to rain before and after work.
- Do not mix with other products or any substances.
- Use the mixed product within 2 hours.
- When storing the product, make sure that it is not wet or exposed to moisture.
- Dispose of waste mortar through a waste disposal company designated by the Ministry of Environment.
- Use the product within the storage period.
- The product should not be exposed to rain before and after work.
- Do not mix with other products or any substances.
- Use the mixed product within 2 hours.
- When storing the product, make sure that it is not wet or exposed to moisture.
- Dispose of waste mortar through a waste disposal company designated by the Ministry of Environment.
