ARTY DECOSTONE (SPRAY)
ARTY DECOSTONE is an eco-friendly, multi-patterned paint designed to express the colors and textures of natural stone in a three-dimensional way inside and outside the building.

Usage
Application of low-rise apartment buildings, buildings, hotels, villas, houses, hospitals, officetels, etc. inside and outside.

Application Method
1. Processing background
① Moisture, dust, oil, and other foreign substances should be completely removed from the background.
② In case of gaps, cracks, or damaged parts, fill them with putty, etc.
③ If the plane of the construction surface is uneven, the surface shall be evenly adjusted with a plaster.
2. Base Coat
① Check the removal of moisture, dust, and foreign substances on the background and check whether the background is even or not before starting work.
② Color primer may have sediment, so mix it well with an electric mixer.
(If necessary, water may be mixed and shall be less than 10%. Do not use contaminated water)
③ Paint the color primer 1-2 times using a brush, roller, spray, etc. so that it is fully absorbed into the background.
(The interval between the two paints shall be 24 hours, and the second paint shall be completely dried.)
3. Joint Operation (Optional)
① Check the complete drying of the base coat paint and start work.
② Select a product that suits your taste among tape joints or PVC joints.
③ Mark the desired shape and spacing on the painting using ink or chalk.
④ Attach a joint eye over the marked shape and spacing.
⑤ Remove the tape from the tape joint or PVC joint before drying after the construction of the ARTY DECO STONE.
4. Middle-Low Coat (Optional)
① Check the complete drying of the color primer paint and start work.
② Since the middle-low coat may contain sediment, mix it thoroughly with an electric mixer.
(If necessary, water may be mixed and shall be less than 10%. Do not use contaminated water)
③ Use a mortar gun and the size of the cap on the vent shall be 6-8mm. The entrance of the mortar gun shall be oriented perpendicular to the base and evenly sprayed so that the middle-low coat is applied 2-3mm.
5. Middle-High Coat (ARTY DECO STONE)
① Check the complete drying of the Middle-Low Coat paint and start the work.
② ARTY DECO STONE will not be able to use the product because of the destruction of particles when using an electric mixer. Therefore, you should never mix it with an electric mixer, but stir it with a stick or a rip-off or pour it into a barrel.
(If necessary, water may be mixed and shall be less than 10%. Do not use contaminated water)
③ Using the transport tank and the exclusive gun (871 gun, 77 gun etc.), the exclusive gun shall be moved vertically from the background to the left and right of the exclusive gun to evenly shoot it.
④ The formation of patterns produced during construction may differ from the sample depending on the painting pressure, painting speed, painting distance, painting equipment, and site conditions of the constructor. It must be used after checking the shape of the production after test painting.
6. Joint Operation (Optional)
① Tape-joint or PVC-joint tape shall be removed immediately before ARTY DECO STONE is dried.
7. Top Coat (Optional)
① Check the complete drying of the ARTY DECO STONE paint and start the work.
② Top Coat types are glossy, matte, and semi-glow, and select according to your preference.
③ Since Top Coat may have sediment, mix it well with an electric mixer.
(If necessary, water may be mixed and shall be less than 10%. Do not use contaminated water)
④ Paint the coating agent 1-2 times using a brush, roller, spray, etc. so that it is sufficiently absorbed on the background.
⑤ In the case of gloss coating, spray only shall be applied to prevent gloss stains.

① Check the complete drying of the Middle-Low Coat paint and start the work.
② ARTY DECO STONE will not be able to use the product because of the destruction of particles when using an electric mixer. Therefore, you should never mix it with an electric mixer, but stir it with a stick or a rip-off or pour it into a barrel.

⑤ In the case of gloss coating, spray only shall be applied to prevent gloss stains.
Precautions
- If it rains or snows, the relative humidity of 85% or more, or the wall to be constructed is not completely dried, and the ambient air temperature is 35℃ or less, construction should be avoided
because the product does not perform normally.
- The time interval between painting processes shall be 24 hours, but in principle, the next process shall be carried out after complete curing between each process.
- Work shall be continuously carried out during the process, and even if it is necessary to stop during the process, the process shall be completed.
If the process is stopped and the construction is staggered, unusual colors may occur.
- Never mix ARTY DECO STONE with an electric mixer, but mix it by transferring it to a stick, a rip-off, or a barrel.
- If it is deemed that there is an abnormality in the operation, the operation shall be immediately suspended and the cause shall be resolved before construction.
- Do not use it mixed with other paints or products from other companies.
- After completion of the process, the finish surface shall be protected from damage to weather conditions such as dust, rain, snow, etc. until at least 48 hours or completely dry.
