ARTY AQUA-SEALICOAT
ARTY AQUA-SEALICOAT is water repellent that uses water instead of a volatile solvent using silicon emulsion, which is free from fire hazards and human hazards.
After painting the water repellent, it can be repainted and has excellent penetration and water repellency, preventing moisture from penetrating and air permeability, so it is a water-repellent paint that protects the surface of the building by discharging internal moisture in the form of vapor.

External water repellent for cement products, concrete mortar, blocks, and tile joints

Application Method
- Remove efflorescence on red bricks and concrete surfaces using a wire brush.
- If the joints and meshes have fallen off, they must be repaired completely.
- The crack points must be caulked and waterproofed.
- Use without dilution.
- Paint once or twice uniformly with a brush, roller, and sprayer.
- It can be painted on tiles or ceramic bricks, and if the water repellent is on an unwanted area, wipe it off immediately with a tissue or cloth.

Precautions
- Paint after the construction surface is completely dry.
- Do not mix with other paints.
- Do not freeze the product, keep it indoors (storage temperature 5~35℃) avoiding fire and direct sunlight, and store it unopened facing the top. Store the remaining product after use in the same way.
- Avoid painting on rainy days, humid days (over 85%), and days with low temperatures (below 5°C).
- Dispose of waste paint through a waste disposal company designated by the Ministry of Environment.
- Use the product within the storage period (marked on the label).
- Do not mix with other paints.
- Do not freeze the product, keep it indoors (storage temperature 5~35℃) avoiding fire and direct sunlight, and store it unopened facing the top. Store the remaining product after use in the same way.
